CUSTOMER SERVICE

Job Summary
Hot Shoppe Designs, a leading custom sportswear designer and manufacturer located is San Juan Capistrano California is seeking a long-term candidate to fill our Customer Service position. This position requires strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and excellent follow-up skills. Bilingual (Spanish / English) helpful but not necessary.

Duties include but are not limited to:
-Answering phones
-Educating in-coming callers about our product line
-Creating and following up on price quotes
-Handling all aspects of customer sizing samples
-Preparing production work orders
-Assisting with misc. office duties (filing, preparing job lists, mailing catalogs.)

At Least 3 years of Customer Service experience required.

Schedule
Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, no weekends

Graphic Artist, Full Time

Duties
Design sports apparel, specifically BMX, Cycling, Mountian Bike, Motocross, etc. Layout art into multiple patterns, Run film for offset printing, Create proofs of projects, Email clients with proofs. Learn and Maintain digital printing equipment, make minor alerations to previous film pieces (include working with ruby). Also, work with fellow artists and an art director in a high-paced work environment. Must be prompt and have positive attitude.


Skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Window 2000. Knowledge of Corel Draw 12, Illustrator 10, & Photoshop 7 a major plus. Will train you on working the applications.

Schedule
Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, (40 hours a week),
In-house only, No Freelance.
